These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the distance purchase of Le Mie Borsette branded products via the website www.lemieborsette.com. Products are sold directly by Le Mie Borsette, with registered office at Via della costituente 9, Castelfiorentino, Firenze (FI), VAT number 07246870484.

Product Characteristics

All our bags are Made in Italy.

As these are natural materials and handmade products, slight variations in grain or shade compared to the website photos are to be considered hallmarks of authenticity and not defects.

Every order is subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability, you will be promptly informed.

Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in Euro (€) and Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@lemieborsette.com.

The product must be returned intact, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
